Pumzika Place I – Love house is a warm cosy 2-bedroom apartment in a small secure residential estate named Amara park. The estate is on Cosmas Ndeti road and near Riara Springs Academy. The apartment is set on a serene top 4th floor and is accessible only by the staircase. This house can accommodate five people, with two in the master ensuite bedroom, two on single beds in the second bedroom and one on the sofa bed in the living room.
Love House has a refreshing balcony that gives an outdoor feel, and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine for the comfort of a quick wash. The estate has a well-kept pool that invites residents to swim and relax on a warm day.
Every Pumzika place house has very good Wi-Fi that keeps you reliably connected to the internet. A smart Tv that allows you to google, stream or download any movies, songs or programs from the internet, while giving you access to local and international Tv channels on GoTv subscription. The kitchen is adequately equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, a fridge, hot water kettle, bread toaster microwave and water dispenser, all for the comfort of our guests. There is plenty of cutlery and crockery for the convenience of fixing a meal. The bathrooms are stocked with shower gels, bath soap, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, hand wash and air freshener. Each guest is provided with a beautiful fluffy pink towel and face towel for use during their stay.
There are butcheries, groceries, shops and gyms within walking distance from the apartment. We have 4 supermarkets within 5kilometre radius. The Jomo Kenyatta International Airport JKIA is conveniently near the house. The Imara Daima train station is only 10 minutes’ walk from the house, and is an easy means of transport to the city centre. Uber, Taxify services and private taxis are all readily available to fill special transport requirements.
At Pumzika place, breakfast supplies are availed for the guest to prepare to their preference and convenience. The supplies include cereals, beverages and fruits. Other meals can be prepared for the guest on request. Available to our guests at Pumzika also is home delivery from Pizza inn and KFC.
